Privacy Policy

01Who we are
Rushd AI is a Saudi AI company based in Riyadh. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit rushdai.com or contact us through it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
02What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, message, and the language of the page you sent it from. Please do not include sensitive personal data we don't need to reply to you.
When you browse the site, our hosting and security systems record technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the site.
We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it: which pages are visited, how long visits last, and how visitors scroll and click, including heatmaps and session recordings. These tools receive technical data such as your device and browser, your approximate location and your IP address. Clarity does not record what you type into the contact form.
03How we use your data
We use contact-form data to reply to you and follow up on your request, such as arranging a demo. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse.
We use analytics data to see which content is useful and to find and fix problems in the site's design and usability. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated marketing messages.
04Sharing and retention
Your message reaches Rushd AI's inbox through an email service provider, the site is hosted by cloud providers, and our analytics tools are provided by Google and Microsoft. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions, and some of this processing may take place outside the Kingdom, as permitted by the PDPL.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, or as long as the law requires, and then destroy it. Analytics data is kept for the retention periods of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, after which those tools delete it.
05Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to know how we process your data, to access it and obtain a copy, to ask us to correct or destroy it, and to withdraw your consent to its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
06Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the way the site works changes; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. For any privacy question: [email protected].
